G-Kart Grafix is a vinyl graphics product line developed specifically for the Racing Kart Industry by Comp-Cal, Inc.  We custom design our graphic kits to fit full bodied racing karts for dirt or asphalt.  This includes Offset Karts, Sprint Karts, Champ Karts, and Kid Karts.  We "print" 90% of all our graphics on a 54" Roland SOLJET XC-540 Inkjet Wide Format Printer.  We print all of our kart graphics on either 3M Control Tac or ARLON 6000X High Performance vinyl and apply High Gloss 2 mil Overlaminate for an impressive "wet" look.  The 3M and ARLON repositionable vinyl allows for easy "dry" application.  "Dry" application means applying graphics without the use of liquid solutions or water and no bubbles.

Comp-Cal, Inc. is not your typical sign shop just cutting vinyl, we take pride in the look and fitment of our graphics especially on our racing applications.  We will continue to raise the bar for vinyl graphics in the karting industry.

Comp-Cal, Inc. is proud to announce that we will be open full time in 2009 in our brand new 4000 square foot facility located in central Denver, NC.  We will have a full production staff and full time hours in 2009.  We are excited that with our commitment to excellance and the loyalty of our customers and new customers to come that we can open our new facility.  These photos here show our new shop in its building stages as of July 2008, we are slated to begin moving equipment around October, we are shooting to have it open by the end of December.  We have made great strides in a small amount of time and with the opening of our new facility we will be adding additional equipment to speed our production and quantity of production...we can't wait til we can move in.  We'll have enough work space to wrap tractor trailers, just to give an idea how big we've grown...
